Dutch beetroot
Dutch beetroot
The beetroot is a typically Dutch product, which has become increasingly popular over the past few years. In addition to a variety of applications in the kitchen, red beets are also tremendously healthy. Beetroots contain a lot of folic acid, manganese, potassium, copper, iron, fibre, and magnesium. Hofotra beetroots are farmed in West-Friesland on loam soil. This makes them tastier, easy to boil, and gives them a deep red colour.
